At Alara Collective, we take great pride in maintaining the quality and condition of every garment in our collection. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that the following guidelines are respected during all appointments and in-store try-ons.
MAKEUP & BEAUTY PRODUCTS
We kindly ask that clients attend appointments and in-store try-ons with minimal makeup where possible. Mascara and light makeup are absolutely fine, however we ask that heavy foundation, body makeup, fake tan, body oils, moisturisers and excessive deodorant are avoided prior to trying on garments, as these products can transfer onto delicate fabrics.

We absolutely love welcoming everyone into our space
However, due to the delicate nature of our garments and boutique environment, we kindly ask that children under the age of 10 do not attend appointments or extended try-ons where possible.
Newborns and young children are welcome if they remain safely secured in a pram or carrier during your visit.

Appointments are recommended to ensure we can provide you with the best personalised experience possible. Walk-ins are always welcome; however, during busy periods, priority may be given to booked appointments.
